I used Yahire to rent the furniture and tableware for my wedding. It was really easy to make changes to the quote as needed. The staff were so helpful and Malcolm and Walter in particular were amazing ... on the delivery. There were some issues on the venue side on being able to drop off when agreed but the really made sure the job was done well and were so patient and understanding!

Can I Have the Tables Delivered?

Yes, we offer convenient delivery options to your venue, or you can collect them from our warehouse. Our standard delivery windows provide flexibility; if your venue requires a specific time, we can also accommodate that. For added convenience, we can set up and take down the tables at your venue for an additional fee.

How much is delivery?

We’ll calculate it after you pop in your items and postcode. Prices vary depending on where you're based, your order size, and delivery timing.

What’s the latest I can book?

We can often deliver on the same day you order. But booking early is usually cheaper and gives you better stock availability.

You get up to 5 days at the same price. Plenty of time to set up and pack down. Need longer? Just pop in your dates and we’ll price it up.

What if I cancel?

We already price competitively, but for large orders or off-peak dates, we might be able to shave a bit off. Get your quote, then ask the team. We’ll see what we can do.
