We’ll calculate it after you pop in your items and postcode. Prices vary depending on where you're based, your order size, and delivery timing.

We can often deliver on the same day you order. But booking early is usually cheaper and gives you better stock availability.

Reserve in advance and cancel free up to 7 days before. - How long is the hire period?

You get up to 5 days at the same price. Plenty of time to set up and pack down. Need longer? Just pop in your dates and we’ll price it up.

No stress. Cancel any time up to 7 days before your hire starts and you won’t pay a thing.
- Do you offer discounts?

We already price competitively, but for large orders or off-peak dates, we might be able to shave a bit off. Get your quote, then ask the team. We’ll see what we can do.

Great experience using Yahire for furniture rental for our wedding. The chairs we rented looked great, and the whole process was easy, we didn’t have to worry about anything or coordinate with Yahire at all on the day. They just dropped off the chairs at the time we agreed and picked them up the next day - easy peasy!

We used YaHire for our London back garden wedding and they were exceptional. The customer service is unmatched and they were so accommodating of all my small tweaks to our order. The delivery guys were brilliant: speedy, polite and super hardworking on one of the hottest days of the year. The quality of the glassware, linens and furniture was also excellent, and the value for money was great too.

This team are amazing! I contacted them directly (which was super easy) on the phone to see if anything could be done to get the exact type of chairs we needed for our wedding as they were out of stock by the time our order went in for our venue. Paula was incredibly kind and understanding, and although it isn’t usually possible to do so she managed to work some magic and move mountains to get us just what we needed by working with their warehouse team and going out of their way to do changeover at extreme pace. She also sorted this out overnight and kept in contact with me super fast so I knew what was happening, all without raising any expectations that might be disappointed! The price is also so good. I’m so impressed and would really recommend them.
