This team are amazing! I contacted them directly (which was super easy) on the phone to see if anything could be done to get the exact type of chairs we needed for our wedding as they were out of stoc ... k by the time our order went in for our venue. Paula was incredibly kind and understanding, and although it isn’t usually possible to do so she managed to work some magic and move mountains to get us just what we needed by working with their warehouse team and going out of their way to do changeover at extreme pace. She also sorted this out overnight and kept in contact with me super fast so I knew what was happening, all without raising any expectations that might be disappointed! The price is also so good. I’m so impressed and would really recommend them.
